Services and the Economy

In April 2017, Sherry M. Stephenson, a Senior Fellow at the International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD) published a series of papers on the pivotal role of services across the modern U.S. economy, explaining how services spur competitiveness, examining the links between services and efficient manufacturing, and revealing the importance of services to enabling small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to grow and succeed.
