The Chamber of Commerce released a very useful new study this week estimating the job and GDP impact globally (and for EU, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, Turkey, Indonesia, Vietnam and Nigeria) of full liberalization of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services. The study estimates a positive ICT services legal and regulatory environment could add $1.72 trillion to global GDP and the creation of 23.04 million new jobs globally.
